SHIPPING POLICY
The Bracers Initiative will send you an email confirmation of any order placed, as well as shipping information and updates as soon as they become available.
We currently ship to the continental United States.
Our typical shipping carriers (UPS and USPS) are chosen based on whichever delivers you the fastest service at the lowest cost. Our carriers typically receive packages on weekdays (Mon-Fri), and will begin processing the package to get it to you.
Please allow 1-4 business days for Commemorative Bracelet items to ship, and 1-2 weeks to have your Custom Bracelet items created and shipped. If you have questions, reach out to us at team@thebracersinitiative.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
When you receive your Bracers Initiative envelope, please look over your order to confirm you have received the correct item(s), and if you have any questions at all, reach out to us directly at team@thebracersinitiative.com.
If you desire to return your item for any reason, contact us (within 30 days of receiving your order) at the email above. We will provide you a return label to ship the package back to us, and we will issue you a full refund upon receipt of the order package.
